I have a daughter that went to weight loss camp this summer and did very well. In six weeks she lost 26lbs. I’m got frustrated with her though, she seemed to want to spend most of her time in front of the tv.
I’m making her walk with me and she bought a bike that she seems to like, but the scale has gone up 3lbs since she has been home. I have the right foods in the house, but I’m worried that maybe I’m not doing enough. I know she has to want this and she was really excited to show everyone that her wardrobe is too big for her.
Starting school has helped her back on track once again, at least I hope and pray so. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
