I know I have talked about great tools to use on your iphone or computer, but another great tool that has really helped me is my Nike fuelband. It tracks your movement and converts all the numbers to Nike Fuel. You can keep track of how much you are moving on a daily basis and see the peak times you move the most and when you are not moving much at all. It’s a great way to keep you motivated as well.
The best part for me is that it syncs with my iphone to keep me on track. I know there are several different products like this on the market now, one is ifit band, all have gotten pretty good marks. They can be a little pricey but I think they are totally worth it.
