A fun way to get motivated is to engage your friends help too. I have organized a nightly walk with some of my friends and neighbors. What better way to socialize and get your exercise at the same time. If you can’t do it daily try and organize one for maybe twice a week.

I know my life is a little crazy at times but it’s nice to visit with my friends and know that I’m getting a good work out at the same time.
