It’s easy to get discouraged sometimes on the road to weight loss. The best thing I have learned is to not focus on the past, if you gain one week, start again. If your weight loss is slowing down and you feel like the scale isn’t moving at all, stick with it. It will go down it might just take some time.
I figure I have been at this for 14 months now and I’m still not at my goal. Some days it feels like the scale hasn’t moved for weeks, but that also means it hasn’t gone up either. Stay the course is my motto now.
